The founder of OTA , Joseph A.B Oyebog arrived Cameroon, on Wednesday November 4th 2015, and went straight to work with over 50 kids staying up at night until early morning , there was a warm welcoming dinner at the founder`s resident offered by parents of the program.
During the very exciting dinner, the founder revealed that the current presidents Sunny Leigh and Guy Sherman sponsored the shipment of a 40Ft high cube container currently in the high seas anticipated to be in Douala in 3 to 4 weeks. He continued that this is only one of a long list of generous actions by our president including buying of Souza property for OTA. It was mentioned that the president is considering a surprise visit to Cameroon in the near future.
In less than a week of stay in Cameroon, the founder has visited on going works in Souza twice, held three tennis sessions with the OTA kids, a meeting with the elite players and a core meeting with very important staff members. Uniforms for the coaches and players were displayed. The founder mentioned the arrival of high energy BETSEY DOLFY…., to join the OTA board USA, and eventual plans to visit Cameroon.
If all goes according to plan, OTA will welcome five visitors this year, making the 2015/16 the most active season in terms of international visitors.
